3. How we use cookies
We use two kinds of cookies:

- Non-essential cookies, such as analytics cookies. We only use these if you accept them in our cookie banner.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data collected through cookies.
4. The cookies we use
Essential cookies
- Login and account cookies (WordPress): these keep you logged in to your account and protect it. Examples: wordpress_logged_in, wordpress_test_cookie, wp-settings. Duration: from the end of your visit up to one year.
- Shop and cart cookies (WooCommerce): these remember what is in your cart and keep your basket working at checkout. Examples: woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session. Duration: from the end of your visit up to two days.
- Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA): this protects our forms from bots and abuse. Example: _GRECAPTCHA. Duration: up to six months. Google may also receive your IP address and device information so that it can tell people from bots.
- Cookie consent: this remembers the choices you make in our cookie banner, so that we do not ask you again on every visit.
Non-essential cookies (only with your consent)
- Analytics: Visitor Traffic Real Time Statistics, WooCommerce Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console. These cookies tell us how many people visit the site, which pages they look at and how they arrived, including visits that come from a WeddingZone badge on a supplier’s website. We use this to improve the site.
